Amanda Marcott-Thottunkal, MPA, NCRT, has been employed by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce since 2013. She spent four years as a monitor of both the Community Service Block Grant and Weatherization (including climbing into attics and setting up blower doors prior to Quality Control Inspector requirements) before becoming the Weatherization Program Planner for LIHEAP DOE Weatherization June 2017. As of February 2022, Amanda is the Director of Energy and Empowerment Programs and oversees twenty four (24) different Federal and State grants and their Program Planners and Project Specialists. Amanda has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is a Nationally Certified ROMA Trainer. She is working on becoming Building Performance Institute Certified as a Building Analyst.
