Contractor attraction and retention is a common issue for new and experienced grantees nationwide. Contractors are critical to the production process. Without them our programs cannot be successful. Activities can be specialized, particularly with Lead Hazard Control work, so having properly qualified contractors is important. Once secured, it can be even more challenging to keep them in our programs. Join this interactive session to discuss how to find and attract contractors and the importance of onboarding and building relationships to keep them.
