Lesley Baulding

Lesley Baulding (Everblue, Marketing Manager) has been passionately advocating for energy efficiency since 2009 and has held numerous roles within Everblue, including as the BPI Program Coordinator. She has written hundreds of articles about home energy auditing, blower door testing, solar energy, green building, and more. She led the charge on developing Related Technical Instruction for the Energy Specialist apprenticeship and frequently works with community colleges, state energy offices, and community action agencies to maximize their use of grant funding and T&TA to build a sustainable energy efficiency workforce. Her work has won numerous awards over the past decade. Lesley has a B.A. from Elon University and holds an active LEED Green Associate credential.
