Jessica Mahon serves as the Program Director for Weatherization and Workforce Development at Community Services Agency, a private nonprofit Community Action Agency based in Reno, NV. Jessica is an experienced nonprofit professional that has demonstrated success in fostering productive, cohesive team environments and achieving positive outcomes through quality program delivery. Her diverse skill set includes public speaking, strategic planning, program development, volunteer management, conflict resolution, advocacy, youth development, and community outreach. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Gender Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Social Work Degree with a focus on Policy, Administration and Community Practice from Arizona State University.
