Mrs. Stubblefield is the Sr. Manager of Training and Content Development and EV Line Lead at D&R International, Ltd. In this role, she has planned, coordinated, and designed various virtual instructor-led (VILT) and online on-demand courses educating adult learners on energy efficiency and electrification of the built environment including electric vehicles. She has built several virtual interactive experiences for cooperative utilities to educate their consumer-members on electric vehicles and charging. Mrs. Stubblefield has coordinated multiple site visits to capture virtual experience photo and video content and has experienced the full life cycle of designing virtual experiences with diverse audiences in mind.
Mrs. Stubblefield worked in STEM and energy education for 10 years. She has taught in Title I schools in both Philadelphia and Washington, DC, where she designed the middle school STEM and energy curriculum based on the Next Generation Science Standards. Mrs. Stubblefield was a teacher leader for 5 years of her teaching career, which involved coordinating units, projects, and field trips, as well as teacher evaluations, professional development, and coaching. She also served as an adjunct professor at Thomas Jefferson University, East Falls Campus in Philadelphia.
