Detrick Clark is a Program Project Officer Supervisor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Detrick has over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale projects and community-based initiatives. In his current role, Detrick supports DOE’s Programmatic Project Officers and WAP Grantees in program management and implementation.
Prior to joining DOE, Detrick served as the Director of Housing and Energy Programs for the North Carolina Community Action Association (NCCAA). In this role, Detrick developed innovative housing and renewable energy initiatives and programs designed to help low-income families reach and maintain self-sufficiency. Before joining NCCAA, Clark spent three years at DHIC, Inc., where he was responsible for coordinating, and documenting the impact of The Strong Families Fund (SFF) Initiative.
Before serving at DHIC, Detrick spent several years at MDC, Inc., as the Central Regional Coordinator for The Benefit Bank® of North Carolina (TBB™-NC) and the North Carolina Employment & Training (NC E&T) project. Detrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a master’s degree in business administration.
