Elena Chrimat

Elena co-founded Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation (formerly Ideal Energy) in 2009. She is a pioneer in Arizona's home performance industry and has at some point in her career worked in all aspects of her business, whether that be in the field or in the office but is now overseeing operations and development.

She takes pride in developing her team and changing the way air conditioning is commonly done in Arizona. Her main goal is to streamline and make home performance as part of her company’s everyday HVAC process while maintaining profits, customer retention, employee satisfaction and realizing a reduction in home energy usage across the state.

Elena is a founding board member of the Building Performance Association and is on the front lines of advocating for the continuation of the utilities' and government energy efficiency programs.

She was nominated and featured in Home Energy Magazine's "Thirty under 30" Issue for her dedication and accomplishments as a young professional in the home performance industry.

Elena graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University and holds a degree in Design Management. She has also been a BPI Certified Building Analyst Professional since 2009.
