Jayne Windham (she/her/hers)

Jayne Windham, CEO and senior consultant of Livable Housing, Inc., has over 30 years of professional experience in housing and community development programs, including construction oversight and compliance for a variety of publicly-funded projects.
As a consultant and trainer, she develops and teaches courses nationally in affordable housing, construction & rehab, and healthy homes. Jayne provides training and technical assistance to municipalities, general contractors, and property management firms.
She is a credentialed Healthy Homes Specialist, holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisor license, and is licensed in lead-based paint compliance. She holds a BS in Engineering Management. Jayne has also worked in weatherization, and as a construction project manager in the private sector.
Jayne currently consults with and trains for the StopPests in Multifamily Housing program at Cornell University.
