Join this session after lunch to learn how Peer Groups, groups of non-competing contractors who come together to share secrets for success, can be an invaluable aid to contractors seeking to make their businesses perform. The frank discussion of what works and what doesn't in their businesses helps them improve profitability. In this session hear how contractors participating in groups discuss important business issues such as key performance indicators, operating procedures and processes, marketing and advertising strategies, quality management, employee and labor issues, industry trends, and other issues. Hear what to look for in peers and how to organize, launch, and conduct your group.
