NOTE: This session is specifically designed for FY2022 Older Adult Home Modification Program grantees (Cohort 2).
It will provide a demonstration of the evaluation's form in REDCap and address questions Cohort 2 OAHMP grantees have about the program evaluation's protocols and forms. If possible, grantee staff should practice using REDCap prior to the session and come with any questions or issues they have using the portal.

By attending this session, attendees will:
Upon completion, session Cohort 2 OAHMP attendees will understand the evaluation's OAHMP protocols, how to integrate their program with evaluation processes, what forms should be complete when and by whom, and how to use REDCap to enter client data for the evaluation.
Upon completion, session Cohort 2 OAHMP attendees will know how to integrate their program processes with the evaluation's processes, as well as what evaluation forms should be completed at what stage in the implementation process and by whom.
Upon completion, session Cohort 2 OAHMP attendees will know how to use the HIPAA-secure REDCap portal to enter client data for the evaluation.
