OAHMP Grantee Session: OAHM Maintenance vs Repair Activities

This session is for the HUD OLHCHH Older Adult Home Modification Grantees. The session will explain the difference between Maintenance and Repair when considering your environmental review. We will get into some detail to help you understand how to successfully complete your Environmental Review requirements for those addresses you are working with that only require maintenance type activities. Where to find the differences in your NOFO that covers Maintenance verses Repair so you fully understand you will need to complete. This session will also discuss what to do if your program grant dollars get into repairs which will require a higher level of environmental review. This session will also provide a live demonstration of all the tools available to you on the HUD Exchange and show the HUD Environmental Review Online System HEROS. At the end of the presentation there will be plenty of time to ask questions to the presenters regarding your environmental review questions and concerns.
