Join us for this interactive conference session that transforms diverse contractor training best practices into an engaging game show-style experience. Led by your host, Earth Advantage, you’ll hear from contestants who are experienced workforce training program providers as they showcase strategies for training new and diverse contractors in the home retrofit industry.

You’ll hear from the Center for Energy and Environment, Emerald Cities Collaborative, and EnerCity Collaborative as they take to the game show stage and engage the audience to reveal successful approaches and lessons learned. Everyone’s a winner when we exchange actionable ideas, explore new approaches, and build a network of allies committed to diversity and workforce excellence.
