In 2013 HomeWorks Energy was a small energy efficiency contractor in MA struggling for survival. In 2023, as the largest HPC in MA & CT, HomeWorks performed more than 35,000 energy assessments, 15,000 residential weatherization jobs, and installed more than 1,500 HVAC units. This presentation will build on the success of "Blueprint For Growth" from NHPC '23 with brand new lessons learned scaling an HPC including:
