Do you think that fraud, waste and abuse can happen in your Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)? Why or why not? This session will focus on red flags associated with fraud, waste and abuse. We will also spend time identifying what a fraudster looks like. The triggers for this type of activity might be surprising to you. The WAP is not immune to this issue and this session will help focus on both the reality of the threat and the possible devastating consequences if/when it occurs.
