Eric is a charismatic, detail orientated building science professional with 17 years of experience dating back to 2006. He specializes in weatherization activities including air sealing, building diagnostics, heating system diagnostic, and client education. Having been a retrofit installer, crew leader, energy auditor, final inspector, and trainer, he has experience in all facets of the weatherization process. Eric has also been a building science trainer along with becoming IREC accredited. Eric has helped lead, deliver, and develop multiple building science specific trainings, IREC accredited trainings and conference sessions. On-site field training and mentorship for weatherization field staff is also a part of the training that has delivered. Eric has also conducts high quality on-site and file review quality control inspections for the Wisconsin Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and the Wisconsin Emergency Furnace Program. Eric is currently employed through the State of Wisconsin (DOA-DEHCR) as a Technical Monitor / Program and Policy Analyst conducting QA for the Wisconsin Weatherization Assistance Program.
