Allegra Steenson is a Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Her work is centered on residential technology adoption and market transformation campaigns, with the goal of increasing electrification and decarbonization of the U.S. housing stock. Allegra primarily works on the SWIP Affordable Window Retrofit Campaign, which aims to increase the adoption of high-efficiency window attachment technologies to deliver comfort and energy savings where full window replacement may not be possible.
