Hello, my name is Doug Bakke, I'm the Weatherization Coordinator for Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency in Fargo, ND. So back in 1998 I was hired on as a WX tech, I was in that position for roughly 5 years and then WX foreman position be came available, I applied for the position and was awarded with the position. I was the foreman for 12 to 13 years and when the WX auditors position opened up, I applied for it, and was offered the position, I took it and was in the position for roughly 5 years, and for the last 3 years or so I have been the WX coordinator.
