Jennifer Kuria, CEO & President of Amani Construction & Development, brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction to her mission of transforming communities through sustainable, affordable housing solutions. With a keen eye for potential and a passion for social impact, Jennifer approaches her work not only as a means to build structures but as a catalyst for positive change. Throughout her career, Jennifer has demonstrated her dedication to improving housing accessibility, particularly for BIPOC families. As the head of Amani Construction, she has focused the company on sustainable housing primarily DOE ZERH and currently trying to access how to make net zero affordable houses possible.
