Bill leads a multi-functional marketing team ant HomeWorks Energy that uses targeted direct mail, paid digital, canvassing, community outreach and partnerships to acquire new residential customers for home energy assessments, weatherization, and HVAC projects. He also manages the call center. Last year HomeWorks performed more than 30,000 home energy assessments, 12,000 weatherization jobs, and 1,500 heat pump installations.
Prior to HomeWorks, Bill was CMO and a board member at HomeServe USA, which works with utilities to provide warranty protection and repair for more than 4 million customers, all acquired through direct affinity marketing with utilities. He has a long background in both digital and "old school" marketing and service delivery.
