Archana Ghodeswar (she/her/hers)

Archana is a Research Professional at ORNL with expertise in quantitative and econometric analyses, specializing in energy and environmental economics. Her diverse background includes over 15 years in India's electricity and utility sector. It provided her hands-on experience strengthening power systems and policy implementation in rural and urban electricity distribution systems. Her diverse professional journey spans energy solutions to combined heat and power, life cycle assessment, cost-benefit analyses, and most recently, energy justice and non-energy impacts within the weatherization program. Archana has hands-on experience implementing energy technologies and performing policy impact analyses. She leads projects on power outage costs, energy justice, and the health impacts of coal plant shutdowns. Archana is passionate about the economic aspects of the energy sector and building expertise in it.
