Rana Belshe believes in the need for creative thinking and persistent action to effect positive outcomes and changes to our living spaces, communities and planet. An educator and independent consultant she has worked successfully across the country with local, state, regional, and national programs in Low-Income (WAP and utility) and market rate Energy Upgrade programs. A 'recovering techie', for the last thirty years her focus has been on empowering staff and residents to recognize, understand and choose actions that meet their needs and goals. She deplores our current circumstances of extreme weather and displacement having worked hard through the years to avoid just such through increased energy efficiency and reduced use of fossil fuels.
