Charlie Holly is a Computer Scientist in the Building Simulation and Design Group at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where he manages multiple residential buildings software projects including Home Energy Score, the Quality Install Tool, the IRA Rebate API, and RED Calc. Before joining PNNL, Charlie worked in the energy efficiency industry for fourteen years. He spent six years as a home energy auditor and then co-founded Residential Energy Dynamics where he was the CEO and chief software architect for their RED Calc suite of software tools used by most energy auditors in the US.
