Paul H. Raymer (Senior Subject Matter Expert) has more than 45 years of experience in the energy conservation field. He is former member of the LEED EA Technical Advisory Subcommittee, BPI’s Standards Technical Committee, and he is presently Subcommittee Chair for Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation of the NREL SWS. He is BPI Envelope, Building Analyst, Heating Professional, AC/Heat Pump, and Healthy Home Evaluator certified and a certified HERS Rater. He is a full member of ASHRAE (a voting member of the 62.2 SSPC). He has taught and developed courses for Bristol Community College, Isles CEET, Cape & Islands Self Reliance, UMass Dartmouth, Harvard Graduate School of Design, MASCO, IBTS, and the states of MA, RI, CT, NJ, MD, and Delaware. He is the author of the Residential Ventilation Handbook as well as three building science related novels.
