This interactive session will analyze common deficiencies in energy efficiency programs provided to low to moderate income households. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge on incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles to develop effective programs and support moderate income participants. Additionally, the session will highlight successful strategies and advantages of collaborating with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and other non-profit organizations to address the additional needs of program participants.
