Business owners and managers in our industry are well aware that is has been, at the very least, "challenging" to hire new talent and retain existing talent. After all, who would want to crawl into a 130 degree attic during the summer or work outdoors when it is 0 degrees outside. At Healthy Home we have achieved moderate success overcoming these challenges by providing in-house training and career ladder milestones. While Kevin Brenner has been training his employees for over 40 years, he and his business partner Jonathan Davey have established a formal training center and curriculum at their Brewster, NY facility.
