2023 has been a very productive year at BPI in terms of standards and certification updates. BPI staff will provide an industry update for attendees of the latest information on BPI standards and certifications. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask important questions related to certifications and standards and the role they plan now and in the future. We will discuss the transition from the Building Analyst and Envelope certifications that led to a new career path model with Building Analyst Technician (BA-T) and Building Analyst Professional (BA-P). We will also discuss updates to the BPI-2400 standard that is called out in the Inflation Reduction Act.
